At Pweeeka, we do our best to provide our customers with quality items and clothing. We want our customers to feel happy with their purchases and able to contact us if something isn’t quite right.
If you want to refund your items please contact us at email@example.com with details of your purchase including;
• Your order number
• Details of the item/s you would like to return
• The reason for requesting a refund
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery and must be in their original condition with all tags still attached.
Refunds will not be offered if the item has been worn, washed, stained or altered in anyway.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you want to purchase a replacement or alternative item this will need to be carried out as part of a new order.
We are unable to take responsibility for any items that become lost in transit either coming to you or being returned to us. You are responsible for the cost of postage for returned items unless agreed otherwise and any items returned with free postage will have the postage deducted from your total refund.
Please be aware that Sale items are non-refundable or eligible for an exchange.
